What could affordable, connected housing after 55 look like?
Learn about Boomers Collaborative’s vision for cooperative housing, ask questions, and share your ideas through activities that will help shape the first community.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Adults 55+, family members, friends, professionals, and community partners are welcome.
Attending does not create a housing commitment.

Aging in Place—Without Aging Alone
A more sustainable way to age in place.
Boomers Collaborative Foundation is working to make possible resident-owned, limited-equity senior housing in a walkable, mixed-use setting — a community where older adults can retain ownership, remain connected to transportation and daily life, and age in place without aging alone.
The first Boomers Collaborative community will bring together a resident-owned housing cooperative and nonprofit mixed-use spaces serving residents and the surrounding community. Residents will be able to choose individual or shared occupancy while retaining their own membership, vote, privacy, and personal independence.
